Healthy Aging, From the Inside Out

Healthy aging is about energy, recovery, skin and hair. Several prescription wellness therapies target processes that slow with age, and your provider can decide which may fit your goals.

Understanding Your Options

What to Know About Anti-Aging & Hair Growth

NAD+

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) is a coenzyme found in every cell. It helps turn food into energy and supports DNA repair. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age, which is why some providers include NAD+ in wellness plans, often as an injection or nasal spray.

Glutathione and B vitamins

Glutathione is one of the body's main antioxidants. Vitamin B12 and other B vitamins support energy metabolism and nerve health. These are often given by injection for better absorption.

Growth hormone-releasing therapy

Some therapies encourage the pituitary gland to release more of the body's own growth hormone, which providers may consider for recovery, sleep and body composition.

Skin and hair

Topical vitamin C and copper-peptide skin care support collagen and skin tone. For thinning hair, prescription options can be combined into one capsule or topical.
